Harold Clapham
    Harold has worked in the finance industry for 25 years and has helped develop and establish a number of businesses dealing in finance in regional areas. He has built and nurtured partnerships with many very large and successful regional businesses. This has been based upon a strong commitment to his clients’ well being and broad understanding of their businesses.

Bonnie Clapham
    Bonnie has been involved and worked with Harold over last 25 years. She maintains an intimate knowledge of the business and an understanding of all aspects of banking procedures. Bonnie also organises and co-ordinates most of the company’s promotional activities.

 

Wendy Boulton
Wendy has a long history of working in rural financing, firstly with the NAB, then Bidgee Finance. We were delighted to have Wendy join the Mainland Finance team in late 2008 and are confident that she will continue to provide the excellent service and support that she has in the past. We look forward to her ongoing involvement and future support of her clients at Mainland Finance.
 Chantelle O'Loghlin
Chantelle recently joined Mainland Finance Deniliquin. Chantelle has experience in the accounting and transport industries and brings a range of skills with her. She is involved with client applications, loan documentation and all settlement transactions. This includes liaising with clients, financiers and suppliers to ensure that all the requirements of our clients and financiers are met in a couteous and efficient manner.

Natasha Bailey
Natasha (Tash) recently joined the team under a traineeship in Office Administration. She is a polite and well mannered person and has exceptional 'people skills'. Tash brings enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow her knowledge of the finance industry. Tash has had a wealth of experience in the retail industry and is already part of all Mainland Finance markerting and promotions programmes.

Bendigo

Pauline Schintler - Partner/Plant & Equipment Finance Specialist
    With extensive accounting and banking experience over many years, Pauline had the ideal background and experience to set up and develop Mainland Finance Bendigo in 1998. She has developed a significant variety of business clients and provided expertise and sound loan strategies for multiple transactions. Pauline has a diverse knowledge of business activities and is capable of providing financial solutions and options for Mainland Finance clients. Pauline has a hands-on approach and a keen affinity with Mainland’s clients.

Geoff Schintler - Partner/Office Manager
    As office Manager, Geoff is responsible for all office activities required in operating a small business. This includes, but not limited to, financial management, human resources, compliance issues, marketing and business development.

Geoff Ireland – Plant & Equipment/Commercial Finance Specialist
    Geoff has had over 25 years experience in the banking industry and been with Mainland Finance Bendigo for the past six years. The credit assessment skills gained at the Westpac Bank has been invaluable in Geoff’s development and skill. This is evident to our clients. Financiers also understand and appreciate his vast experience which is reflected in the quality of his applications.

Greg Hewson – Business/Commercial Plant & Equipment Specialist
    Greg has had many years in lending with the NAB in South Australia prior to joining Mainland Finance Bendigo as Business & Commercial Lender four years ago. His knowledge experience is invaluable to our business client base.

Olivia White - Administration & Document Officer
    Olivia joined Mainland Finance in January of 2009 as Personal Assistant. She has the very important role to prepare various finance loan documents in preparation to client signing. Olivia is also responsible for timely settlement of finance contracts and liaison between the banks , suppliers and clients.

Gunnedah

Amy Perfrement
    Amy has been operating the Gunnedah branch of Mainland Finance since July 2000, after working for Bonnie and Harold Clapham in the Deniliquin office for several years. Amy is passionate about assisting those in rural and regional businesses, and has an especially good understanding of farming businesses due to her upbringing on a mixed farming property. Today, she continues to have an interest in farming as she runs a beef and cattle enterprise with her husband Scott Cooper.
Helen Finlay
    Helen has been working for Mainland Finance since January 2005.  Helen assists with general office administration, document preparation and is the first point of contact for clients.  She has a good understanding of the processes required by financiers, and her diligent approach to customer service is highly valued in the Gunnedah office.

Julie Jansson
Julie joined our team in July 2010 as a finance officer. Julie has 35 years experience in the finance industry, in recent years she has worked for Capital Finance, AGC/GE and Banana Coast Credit Union. Julie has moved to the Gunnedah area after several years in Coffs Harbour, she is pleased to be back in the region where she grew up and she is very keen to develop new business for the Gunnedah office.

Wagga

David Cannon, Principal
As the original finance broker in the area since 1978, David Cannon has seen a lot of others come and go. Trading under several business names in that time - but always with a focused strategy on providing the very best financial products and services to the businesses of the region - David Cannon and Associates is now firmly affiliated with the Mainland Finance Group. With expertise in leasing, commercial hire purchase and chattel mortgages, David offers his diverse client base the benefit of many years of experience. David also now specialises in assisting his clients with debt restructuring and packaging.
Pauline Clark, Personal Assistant to David Cannon
Pauline has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years. She has a sound knowledge of financial documentation and financier requirements, which allied to relationships built up over a number of years, enables her to provide an efficient service between all parties in any transaction.
Michelle Elam, Administration Assistant
Michelle worked in the banking industry in South Africa for 18 years, mostly in credit and loans, before migrating to Australia in 2006. With a wide range of experience to draw on, Michelle is responsible for all administration work and backs up Pauline whenever necessary.

Stephen Wade
    Stephen Wade has worked in the banking and finance industry for 20 years, with extensive experience in Business Banking, Treasury and Equipment Finance. He has particular expertise in the earthmoving and transport industries. From small to large operators, Stephen assists businesses to grow and perform under challenging operating conditions. He also works closely with major new and used equipment suppliers. Stephen believes that understanding customer requirements is the key with the provision of a tailored financial solution for equipment acquisition. He sees the service he provides as much more than a job. To him, it’s a passion.
