About Mainland Finance
Mainland Finance was established in 1998. Due to expansion of our business operations we have recently relocated to a new central location in Queen Street, Bendigo. In the erly days of the business Pauline and Geoff Schintler and one staff member worked hard to establish the business as a locally owned and operated provider of the best finance packages available.
MAINLAND FINANCE - BENDIGO
Pauline Schintler – Partner
Pauline established the Bendigo office of Mainland Finance after a highly successful career with Esanda Limited as a finance consultant. Pauline understands her clients’ needs and provides specialist knowledge and guidance. She has brought together a team of finance specialists who can look after a clients’ every requirement.
Geoff Schintler – Partner
Geoff is the engine room of Mainland Finance. Having gained a wealth of knowledge from 30 years as a project manager with a large successful Bendigo business, Geoff keeps the wheels turning and makes sure client needs are met quickly and efficiently.

Harold Clapham - Partner
Harold is the founder of Mainland Finance and has worked in the finance industry for over 24 years. He has helped develop and establish a number of regional finance related businesses.
Harold has a strong commitment to his clients and has built and nurtured partnerships over a number of years with many large and successful regional businesses and the farming community. Harold ensures he has a broad understanding of the needs and challenges facing each business so he can successfully meet these needs.
Lorene Hare
Lorene has worked in the finance industry for over 10 years and has an extensive knowledge of Bank and Finance Company documentation and procedures. This is one of the keys to providing our customers with an efficient quality service as it provides the conduit for seamless transactions between Mainland’s clients and the financial institutions.
MAINLAND FINANCE - GUNNEDAH
Amy Perfrement
Amy has been the star achiever for the Mainland Finance group over the past 12 months. Since establishing her business in Gunnedah she received State recognition by winning the Rural Achievers Award for the Best New Business. To add to this Amy also recently won the Australia Post Small Business Young Achievers Award. As a result of this Amy has received significant publicity in The Land newspaper and on National television on the Kerrie-Anne Kennelly Show. These have been major achievements and are indicative of Amy’s capabilities and her dedication to her clients.
